After through studies of the project background, precedent studies and site analysis were carried out. These to enable students acknowledge, understand, analyze and finally proposed solution through design concept and solution.

The project is to design  public library for a local community, it is a medium size building with all facilities, the building would undoubtedly become the most friendly to the built environment in relation to the site  and surrounding. Project have to address site issues and understand community needs
